- Expand use of command line option '--install': apart from 'yes' and 'no',
useful values are 'fake' for which a fake installation is performed (Unix
only for the time being) and all tests which require to run code from the
package are excluded, and 'skip' for which installation is skipped (which
is useful e.g. when testing the recommended packages).
