- clean up some of the graphics internals:
- DevDesc is no longer a real structure, and DevDsec* is an opaque pointer
to GEDevDesc.
- add functions like GEaddDevice to avoid the need for (pointless) casts.
- add conveneience funtion desc2GEDesc
