## (a) Election and dismissal of the members of the board.

The current board members all (but one) have agreed to stay for another 2

At the RF conference call (May 12, 2026), Martin Mächler has proposed to
step down as Secretary General (SG) to make room for a new one.
Anyone (ordinary RF members) willing to serve should send an e-mail till May 22 to
Martin <Maechler@r-project.org>, apart from Hadley Wickham who has already
announced his willingness during the call.
On May 13, *before* the GA invitation was sent, Bettina Gruen sent an
E-mail to the above address, volunteering for the SG office, as well.
(The above May 22 deadline for more nominations still applies.)


## (b) Election and dismissal of the auditors.

Both auditors, Roger Bivand and Peter Dalgaard,  are willing to continue.
The Board recommends to reelect them.

## (c) Acceptance of activity report, statement and estimates of account.
delivered by treasurer Torsten Hothorn, and the auditors.

We should get all reports (treasurer, auditors) by e-mail ASAP,
in time by May 20.


## (d) Release of the board  (yes/no vote)

## (e) Determination of membership fees.
1. Have no fees for ordinary members;
2. Not(?) considering to change the "supporting members" "fees";

  Annual membership fees for supporting members are:  
* Supporting natural persons:   EUR 25
* Supporting institutions:      EUR 250
* Supporting benefactors:       EUR 500

## (h) Discussion of and decisions on other topics of the agenda.

### Proposal:  Invite new R-core member Mikael Jagan
to become an ordinary member of the R Foundation.
